The Orleans was my home away from home for at least 6 times a year. Slot tournaments and New Years ball events. So much has changed from Covid as far as gaining points from play to comps. Doesnt happen now but the main staff is still wonderful.
I liked that the staff had the elevators section well organized and staffed. Very helpful and no problems getting into or out of the elevators / elevator area.
