The whole hotel smelled really bad.. the room needs a huge upgrade the furniture and bedrooms are really old also the rooms dont come with a blanket

The Orleans was my home away from home for at least 6 times a year. Slot tournaments and New Years ball events. So much has changed from Covid as far as gaining points from play to comps. Doesnt happen now but the main staff is still wonderful.
